What is Safeguarding
Safeguarding adults means protecting a person’s right to live safely, free from abuse and neglect. All staff within the health service have a responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of patients and colleagues. As we treat NHS patients and private clients alike this responsibility also passes to us, in addition to the ethical and moral responsibility we carry when treating any client.
