Cancellation Policy
Cristianos believe in delivering quality assured treatment and care and that maintaining the highest quality of service is essential. That commitment starts with information provision. As every clients needs are individual it is often difficult to assess costs before seeing a prospective clients. Having had your consultation you will now be aware of your proposed treatment plan and the costs involved. We believe in being totally up front about any addition costs that may be incurred during the course of your treatment.
Cancellation Conditions
It is essential that we run an efficient diary and keeping our costs to a minimum helps us to keep the cost of all treatments down.
Important Notice….We operate a strict cancellation policy. A fee will be charged for cancellation of any appointment with insufficient notice. Cancellations within 4 days of your appointment may incur a charge, or if the client is funded then they will lose that treatment. Clients who attend clinic but are unable to receive treatment because of hair length, suntan, false tan or new medication will be charged £35 or full cost of treatment.
