Important Notice….We operate a strict cancellation policy. A fee will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with insufficient notice. Cancellations within 4 days of your appointment may incur a charge or the full cost of treatment. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment will incur this charge. Clients who attend their appointment and are unable to receive treatment because of hair length, suntan, fake tan, or new medication will also be charged, so please ensure you inform us of any changes that may affect your treatment.
